icMobile BC Reader

The icMobile BC Reader application is designed for viewing and decoding Data Matrix and QR Code barcodes utilizing mobile phones with build in camera.

The icMobile BC Reader software package includes Symbian Installation System (SIS) application and activation files. The activation file corresponds to device unique number via IMEI or BT Address. The OS Symbian builds will vary between ver. 8 & 9.

Performance tested on Nokia phones S60 Series (Nokia 6630, Nokia E50,...).

After capturing barcodes by the camera the program decodes it and returns the information coded in the barcode on mobile phone display.

icMobile BC Reader is a Multi-purpose application for many needs, for example:

• Tracing cargo marked with the barcodes at checkpoints
• Reading additional information about cargo which might be encoded into the barcodes
• Managing, receiving/sending documents, containing the barcodes, etc
